>>713271456If you actually read the LEGO Group’s Fair Play guidelines it doesn't even come close to what they're talking about. It's basically a long statement about how LEGO will vigorously defend their intellectual rights. When it comes to "fan content" they only talk about websites and they say things like "Do not use the LEGO logo", "If you include the text "LEGO" it must be followed by a ®", "Do not infringe on our copyright", "Merely putting in a disclaimer saying something is unofficial or not endorsed by LEGO is insufficient", etc., etc.
What they were doing is far beyond what that the Fair Play stuff talks about and even then they've already violated it because infringed on the copyright and LEGO has already said saying something is "unofficial" is not a get out of jail free card.
