The first time in the series where you had a morally grey choice and SP locked it. What a letdown. And apparently they made the Good ending canon even though that's basically the end of the series (meaning they had to desperately put together a half baked plotline for Second Son instead of writing an awesome post apocalypse story where superpowers are the norm.)
