A prison jumpsuit is like the most abhorrent thing you can possibly wear. It looks so ugly, generic and boring. It's a crime against fashion. This is one of the few instances where I would actually rather be naked.

Most prisons in videogames are places to escape from, not proper settings for a place, to do things or have things done to you. Practically none other than Gothic have that prison be the game's main setting.
One of the few games I've seen that properly explores a prison setting is Hard Time, and it's mostly a lolraandumb game.
I guess people are just afraid of exposing their horniness in those levels. I bet a lot would cream themselves if they just ended up in a pickle.
