Do you model your character after yourself when you start a new game or something else?

This is gonna sound cringe but I made my Elden Ring chsracter look as gross and big as I did as motivation for going to the gym. Whenever I'd play I'd see my ugly ass character and go to the gym, making small improvements to the character whenever I lose weight or gained muscle. By the time I got to Radagon I was down 23 pounds and had a proper chest and back.
