I have a budget of $350 for a new VGA card and my local shop only have theses within that budget:

RXT 5060, RTX 4060, RTX 3060, RX 7600

Which one should I choose /v/?

would love to but unfortunately my local shop doest have intel VGA. I'm from some 3rd world country and the imported VGA market is not as varied as the US.
