It's not my favorite game, but it really crystallizes anything that's artistic and beautiful about humanity

Probably some indie game heavily on themes and art direction. Something like Outer Wilds. I think RDR2 is something that unique (from what I saw, never played it), that only companies like Rockstar can pull off, so there's that too, but because it's realistic, I'm not sure it fits your proposal.
