If you are okay with it being a 6.5/10 forgettable game at best, plus you can get it cheap(or pirate), and you literally don't have any other games to play, sure.

The game was more or less abandoned by Bethesda and the modding scene is paltry.
As an example, the weird schizophrenically worded "Grindverse mod collection" barely gets onto the engagement level of the shittiest skyrim mod collection

It has absolutely not improved in any way since November. There has been no meaningful update since March (that is to say, a single tweet about how they're working hard on it) but other than that, it seems like they've abandoned it.

As a modder, I started to make a list of all the shit that required tweaking and fixing as I played the game, and quickly enough I realized I was listing everything this game had to offer, leaving no enjoyable piece of content worth modding it for.
It doesn't need mods, it needs to go back to the drawing board.
