I'm too lazy to do that, but the answer is at least 10 (Doom, Doom II, Doom 3, Heretic, Hexen, Hexen II, Wolfenstein 3D, Return to Castle Wolfenstein, Duke Nukem 3D, Blood).

If they didn't want me to access the files directly then they should have encrypted them. Every game that doesn't open Steam upon double-clicking the executable, every game that runs in DOSBox, every game that can run in ScummVM, and every game with a source port is mine forever if I back it up. Limitations which cannot be enforced are not worth discussing.
