Balance. Blizzard is obsessed with making Healers in any game busted and thats kind of what happened. The game became 3 healers 3 tanks and rather than buff DPS or just nerf healers they added roll queue which meant everyone who wanted to play DPS (most people) had to wait 10 minutes for a game. TF2 is the only game to get healers right.

Nothing. People mention false promises about SP content but meh. Also locked heroes in 2 were ass first but tbf TF2 did restrictions too for f2p players. People who consider(ed) OW scammy at any point haven't played TF2.

OW healers are fun (except maybe Mercy idk). But a pro dmg is still better as dmg than support. It's just that most of the time dmg players suck ass and Moira btfo them easily.
