How far does the game go in actually immersing you as a student like we see in the movies? My decision to play this game will be based solely on that.

it's got none of that, you got some classes in quests but that's it
no house cup and no quidditch either
it's 6/10 openworld slop and the MC shatters the lore at every turn but it's kinda entertaining

in the movies the school stuff was offscreen or done when needed
the games are pretty much like that most of the time

then you do some tasks and go back to class for a series of cutscenes for said spell

but yeah, you will be outside of the castle for a large portion of the game running around the world doing minipuzzles, killing enemies and gathering collectables and so on
