>Gaming sessions can alleviate stress levels, leading to an increase in cortisol production. High cortisol levels are associated with hair thinning and hair loss.

>Exposure to the blue light emitted by screens for extended periods can disrupt circadian rhythms and potentially affect sleep quality. Poor sleep patterns may indirectly contribute to hair problems.

>prolonged exposure to high-resolution pixels — especially in RGB-intensive environments like FPS games and flashy visuals like OSU — may trigger digital follicular fatigue (DFF), a condition where your hair follicles become weaker overtime.

Everyone is balding these days. Just accept that hair is a girl thing and shave it off. Wear a hat if you want, but the thing is that being bald is only weird at first. Everyone you know will laugh about it, you'll laugh about it, and then nobody will give a fuck. The stress and upkeep of keeping your hair when it's a lost cause fucks you up mentally.

The mechanism behind cortisol is barely explained.

>gaming alleviates stress, therefore body produces more cortisol
then it suddenly claims you should meditate to alleviate stress?

Is cortisol produced more frequently if we don't have stressful lives? Is there a balance of stressors and gaming too much can upset it?

Working out also causes hair thinning. Lifting increases testosterone levels which then get converted to DHT (the hormome responsible for male pattern baldness)
