>>713396835 (OP)It was a fun game, but it still feels like some tech demo despite how good, tight and satisfying the gameplay is.
I know all of those are unrealistic demands for a single indie developer, but I feel the game would be improved if:
>you could select a character among a moderate cast/customize your driver (no stats) >give the other racers a personality or at least a face>he added a small skippable track intro cut-in with music like in Mario Kart games instead of the loading >gave bonus points to 1st place (me) based on time elapsed between them and 2nd place, I shouldn't be losing on points when I am almost a full minute ahead of the CPU>made a small animation or cut-in of the robots working on your car when changing paints, wheels and whatnot>have an optional tutorial guide course explaining the differences between the boosts (maybe)For how much I see the robot being discussed in project turboblast threads it's like she barely exists in the game. Maybe have her take many roles. She can be a garagist and a news broadcaster so you can include her in the UI. Like a chibi icon on the message boxes or idk
Other than those small nitpicks the game is good. The vehicles introduced are all different enough to warrant replayability even at this stage
