One that still annoys me is "Twister -Gang Mix-" from The World Ends With You. It plays during one of the final boss phases, it's absolutely hype, and for whatever reason, every OST release skips it. Fans had to dig through the DS files just to find a clean loop. Also, Metal Gear Solid 2’s "Yell Dead Cell" was missing from initial OST releases—just gone, despite being one of the most iconic hype pieces in the game. There's this weird trend of publishers just dropping the coolest battle themes for no good reason.

The "How to Play" remix in Brawl isn't in the sound test, meaning that the only way you can listen to it is in the actual video where sound effects are playing. So there's no clean rips because only they have the clean rip. They had the clean, high quality intro theme for Melee that they put in Ultimate so there's no excuse.
