i think it's going to sell around 3 million units by the years end and get a bunch of 8/10 scores. the open world will be liked by some and hated by others, with the general consensus being players and critics wish there was more focus in the level design. it's also going to be declared too short (thinking 8 hour main game, 12-15 hour 100%) for the outrageous price tag.
in reality it probably will deserve a 6/10 score but get an 8/10 since it's the first game people are actually excited for on the newest nintendie machine.

i just want this game to come out and be forgotten so this dumb fucking kid can get off the catalogue from all the pedos.

E33 is probably still locked in as the surprise darling of the year. It'll take best music, best adventure, best RPG, best narrative, best voice direction and game of the year. Fuck it, they use guns too, have it in the running for best shooter as well.
Normally Nintendo is relegated to, like, best family game or nominated and snubbed for best multiplayer. 2017 was an aberration. I'd be very happy about being wrong though, especially about E33 getting jerked off the entire GOTY season.
