You aren't old enough to remember Wii U. It was the exact same then. Launch day came with an avalanche of 3rd party ports like Mass Effect 3, Assassin's Creed 3, CoD Black Ops 2, Batman, Tekken and more, then as soon as 2013 came the ports stopped due to catastrophically low sales. Ubisoft released Black Flag for Wii U but not the DLC because of how poorly it sold.

It's crazy how the EXACT. SAME. SITUATION. is repeating AGAIN. I wouldn't be surprised if 3rd parties are scrambling to cancel their Switch 2 ports before they waste any more money on them.

and you aren't bright enough to realize why this is an entirely different situation, The Wii-u's massive failure was it's horrible marketing, switch 2 has been the opposite of that. the switch is nintendos handheld console. not JUST it's handheld console. DS/3ds were successful consoles. Wii-u didn't have pokemon, fire emblem, and animal crossing. Switch did and it did well. Switch 2 will and guess what? It will do well. just like all of nintendo's hand helds have because of titles like those.
