Why does Microsoft think that humans have a significantly longer left thumb than right? Did any Microsoft designers ever try holding their own product?

I never mentioned size as an issue that was you Xbox dick-obsessed fags. I said it makes no sense that the left stick is way higher than the right stick. It’s not ergonomic unless you have some deformity where your left thumb is a couple inches longer.

Not a single person mentioned dick or dick size except you, retard.
>deformity where your left thumb
The way you describe your problems with the controller seem to insist that it's a size issue.
>way higher than the right stick
This doesn't even make sense, do you have to have a deformity to use the d pad and face buttons on a PS controller? No. The Xbox controller is more suited to 3D titles, which is what most games are nowadays.

xbox controller is comfortable as fuck. especially with regards to how the triggers are moulded to the shape of a resting finger at the back of the controller. not only is the dualsense bulky as fuck, but they kept the same garbage "triggers" as the dualshock 4, which aren't even triggers but more like flaps. sony have never been able to make a good controller.

i've had a ps5 for 6 months and barely use it but the controller battery has already degraded to where it only lasts about 4 hours before i get the low battery warning. either it's degraded or it was like that all along. but i've noticed it's significantly shorter than my xbox series controller with a cheap £10 dual battery pack from amazon which last about 12 hours before the vibration turns off due to low battery.

I said you're using it more often than the d pad in 3D games and you shit your diaper and didn't "accept" that answer lmao. In my eyes, it's more comfortable and natural when compared to the awkward angle that the PS controller asks for. It's really funny of you to ask for a civil answer when you were the faggot who couldn't stop being a baby.

A better question would be, how is the PS format better? Your thumbs are both at harsher angles instead of the movement stick(left) being more flush with your natural angle of your thumb.

This is one of the worst controllers, ever. Its one of the only ones that does not put the face buttons on the right outer part of the controller. The Steam Controller had a similar problem. This fucks with your muscle memory as usually you don't reach "down and in" to get to the 4 independent face buttons! There's a reason that almost everyone else, no matter where they put the sticks, symmetrical or asymmetrical, puts the buttons in the same place.

The only major difference is where the left thumb is for the hand's natural resting position. PS5: D-Pad, Xbox: Analog stick.
I prefer my thumb's natural position being on top of the analog stick as that has more precision movement options, which is easier to do if my thumb isn't already extended to reach it.

modern controllers all have one major problem in common. the thumbsticks are designed with concave centers and lipped edges as though they are intended to hold the thumb to the center of the joystick. no one actually uses a stick like this. your thumb interacts with the edges of the stick primarily, not the center.
