It's a bit weird that this game has the exact same inspirations as Tainted Grail and comes out withing the same year
Both have that H.R. Giger and Arthurian legend mix. Tainted Grail revolves around a soul from the past being resurrected to save the land while Chrono Odyssey is about a soul from the future being send backwards in time to save the land
