Ashe, Soujorn or Widow are much more scarier to face and provide much more utility: ashe got a good ult and easier to headshot with, soujourn can one tap you randomly and push, widow can be annoying

Blizzard does not have a dev team that knows how to make games.
They have a bastard amalgamation of WoW quest designers, some leftover RTS people from SC2 and some senior heads that worked on Wc3 and Diablo 2/3.

To give some perspective, every tank was adjusted for overwatch 2, from 6v6 to 5v5. Rein was given more health 2 firestrikes and being able to cancel charge, roadhog got his rework, zarya's 2 bubbles, etc. Sigma is so fucking broken and has been for so long that they basically left him untouched from ow1 to ow2. he didn't need compensation buffs

Not only can Kiriko give herself invincibility or tp out if things going bad for her, or just climb to some awkward high ground you can reach to escape, but she also the SMALLEST HITBOX in the game, making hitting her extremely hard

Her stupid kunai also don't do any noise meaning you can die in teamfight a-la-soujorn (once her rail is charged, someone dying)
