Nobody plays Swiftplay becuase it has different mechanics/stats than the actual Ranked mode. Also League has turned into steaming flaming trash after they added the infamous bounty system. Imagine winning your game and then dying and giving 1k gold for the loser retard that got gapped. That's the most infuriating mechanic I have ever seen in a videogame
