This, but open world shit with big maps that have nothing in it. And you know what? way back then, I thought Death Stranding was just gonna be like a semi-open world game (smaller map) with handcrafted places that offered surreal horror scenarios and encounters like silent hill, I thought the game would take advantage of everything it had going for it in terms of the mystery and visual design. Just a bunch of really good experiences packed tightly together.
Turns out kojima was a hack and it was a game about walking around and shitty tacked on third person """"combat"""" that was probably just a default built-in shit from the decima engine they never tweaked properly and just let it rock in the vanilla settings. And the story was some preachy garbage about basically nothing. Turns out that even though konami are a bunch of cunts, they were right to fire kojima's faggot pretentious ass for spending 85% of the entire budget on his little celebrity hangouts and worship sessions.
