Nothing substantially revealed. There was a hint from Cristoforo saying she was a kind and gentle soul, but given Phrolova is coming next patch as a playable character, she might get a redemption arc that will absolve her of her crimes and joins Rover. I hope that won't be the case though because I want evil characters to stay evil.
