Never really liked aoe2. enjoyed it as a kid but preferred aom. it's cool that fans made civs that actually got added into the game and they're still updating the game and making sure the playerbase grows. shame they shit on the rest of the games except 4

Byz don't need an eco bonus, they are a lategame powerhouse, they have defensive bonuses and cheaper trash to hold off aggression until they get there.
They even get a cheaper imp cost to help it come sooner.

If you're complaining about not having eco because you want to play them agressively like mongols or something then you're playing the wrong civ.
