A) Buy top of line PC with RTX 5090 and hope you are not playing a Unreal Engine game
B) Buy PC with 5-10 years old hw, and play only older games, emulate, and those rare well optimized games

60FPS is obtainable with midrange hardware and if you can't get it your PC is either fucked to shit with malware or you're lying about your specs
I'm on good hardware and emulation is usually more fun either way. Started playing Need for Speed Most Wanted again earlier. Shit's so cash.
