Not much honestly. I love the game.
I wish the dream world and the real world affected each other a bit more, even if it's just a few things. Like, if you get items in the real world, you could check them in the dream world or something, like in Deltarune.
Also the hikikomori route was kind of a lackluster. It'd be nice if the dream world segments were not the same as on the normal route, even if they were just a fraction of the length. But I honestly find the normal route satisfying and that's what I always play anyway.

That's because the ID doesn't list gender. It lists sex. They constantly harp on about how gender and sex are different things, a distinction that it wouldn't make sense for them to make if they were going to refer to themselves as female anyway. By their own admission, they are still male, otherwise they wouldn't need to make the claim that sex and gender are different. They shouldn't be able to change the sex on their ID, because legally it would be falsification if they did that, and morally it would make them liars.

I do not see why they have a problem with not being able to change the sex on their ID, because per their claims, they are still legally a male.
