Fans early on had convince people that the game was more cute than cute and funny, and had actual gameplay. Casual streamers were getting in on its as it was just a cute version of souls-like. If the dev had just held it in for a little longer and not immediately whore Nobeta out for short term gains, he could have created a cult classic and we could've had a Nobeta sequel by now.
