There are a few cases of family names in the franchise but the most obvious ones are TWW and BOTW kings, Daphnes Nohansen Hyrule and Rhoam Bosphoramus Hyrule. The royal family's name seems to be Hyrule and I bet the Zeldas have second names too like

The open world kills any kind of pacing, the weapon system is fucked between either oneshotting or taking 3 whole weapons to kill something
Just make it linear again, it can have an overworld and all but the progression should be linear
All the effort that went into making that massive, mostly empty world couldve been invested in making a game with like 20 dungeons
