Yeah, it is great.

You have to deliver items, build transportation grids and connect cities to the network while having to deal with ghosts and terrorists. It is quite good and the gameplay is very unique.

Stealth is surprisingly developed.
Humans track you through :
Standard sight and hearing with different shoes making different noise.
Pings cargo within radar range so you can just throw small stuff to distract them.
Tracks your steps, if you wear enemy shoes they will not recognise your tracks.

Monsters just track movement and breath so it is easier to bypass them.
I am hoping they will develop enemy communication and teamwork
