If we're going by that metric then clearly we should be sending menopausal women with children who've reached adulthood to the front lines. Ideally hopped up on amphetamines and getting regular testosterone injections. Sure, the young men are far more useful for strategic jobs, but there's no reason not to send grandma to the trenches or use her for a human wave offensive.

At this level of optimization she should've been pumping out and raising fertility treated sets of twins and triplets to serve as child soldiers her entire life, so it's not like she has a useful set of skills society will miss out on.
