>Xbox 360 but with 6 face buttons + wii u dpad + screenshot button + gyro (optional)
why isnt it possible?
the companies have patents on their own designs so they can't really be merged unless they all agree
>>713543294 (OP)why dont you try making one yourself and find out
>>713543294 (OP)Xbox controller with gyro and a battery. That's it.
>>713543294 (OP)Xbox fans refuse gyro because they think it'll make them gay
>why isnt it possible?
xinput
Controllers will never ever escape the input limitation imposed by Microsoft 20+ years ago.
>>713545359IIRC, there's a hard limit on how many buttons and sticks you can have in XInput.

>>713543294 (OP)put a ps1 dpad on instead and itd be solid 7/10
>>713544294It's crazy how it's mostly Microsoft holding back controllers
Wii U Pro with a Genesis/Saturn d-pad, analog triggers, hall effect sensors that don't make it impossible to play Smash Bros, L3 and R3 and back buttons.
Dualsense with Saturn d-pad, four metal back paddles, low tension TMR sticks, a 2.4ghz dongle for a more stable wireless option, and onboard memory supporting shift layer and kbm combos.
This was perfect for basically every game and system you want to emulate. It's a great N64 controller. Shame mine broke.
>>713543294 (OP)anon, you forgot the dual shock touchpad. don't you want a touch pad on your controller?
>>713543294 (OP)Xbone controller with a trackball in place of the right stick and 2 pairs of paddles..
>>713545515why not you stupid bastard?
>>713543294 (OP)I do like your controller OP, but I think this leaked steam controller 2 design is ideal for me because of the trackpads (and rear buttons you can't see in the image). Even then, I'd like to have 6 face buttons like your image. I also wish this thing had a clicky vita-like dpad instead of the mushy thing the deck has.
>>713543294 (OP)It is possible, make it. You could probably make a bunch of money. Get into PCBs
>>713543294 (OP)Wavebird but smaller and more ergonomic, swappable batteries, USB-C and MAYBE a touchpad
>>713552559This but with a chatpad. I would cum and buy two if they were released. Hell even without a chatpad I would buy two.
>>713555667That looks ridiculously uncomfortable
