you can zoom out with the right stick. i didnt like LK2 its sluggish, slower, you literally walk slower if youre low health, the story is garbage. the cards look like the DARKLY BIG RABBI artstyle for yugioh cards comapred to 1 art style. the post game dungeon is just 5 recolor slop, while LK1 has UNIQUE postgame dungeons

Felt like I was one of the only people who had ever heard of these games let alone played them back in the day. Loved the first game for a lot of reasons, and was super hype for the sequel but it was a bit of a letdown. I've gone back to the first game a few times but not the sequel. Only learned they were Fromsoft's early games way later. Nobody knew who they were back then lol, but they're really cool games.

Well that's a 11+ year old image with scaled down photos so it's not really giving the games a proper shake. Graphics standards have changed a lot since then, but the comedic part is the guy is just easily impressed by every piece of water he sees. Yeah that water looks "nice" but it's not mindblowing or anything, even for the time. Still, it's the small things you gotta appreciate in life.
