The game occasionally has short QTE sections that are impossible to fail. Part of the reason is that people kept complaining about failing similar ones in the 1.0 patch, so Kuro dumbed them down significantly. Cartethyia's segment is probably the most egregious since it's the longest, but they're all pretty short overall. The one during the Black Shores storyline is very cool, at least.
