Depends a lot on how they balance it. In Turtle they overtuned pallies to the point where it's practically all anyone plays now.

I almost gave up on this server because it took them years to release, I will roll there for sure and then see how it goes

This is a con. Hardcore should be full permadeath, this downgrade safety net shit removes all tension since all you can lose is the status of not having died.

Im playing the wow anniversary server and the entire game chat is flooded with boosting. I downloaded the LFG addon and all I see are boosting groups from 1-60 for every dungeon. What the fuck happened to this game? Seriously

The story is sloppier than ever but in terms of balance and tightness of gameplay it's arguably the best modern WoW has ever been.

I'd consider playing WoW if I was getting paid well for it I guess

I'll probably level a hunter and/or mage but not actually do any endgame content with them. Leveling and questing was always the most fun part of vanilla to me.
