I'll give a warning about that mod.
I kept on hearing about how unstable New Vegas is that I modded my first playthrough with anti crash mods and stability mods, which made the game more unstable.
Vanilla New Vegas should be fine and if you experience any infinite loading screens just uninstall those mods.
