Didn't buy, don't care anymore. Free melties were fun but it was alrdy over when they started to have them unprovoked in their own threads with 0 trollposts. Now actually enjoying that it feels like the amount of switch 2 threads is getting less. Can only beat a dead horse for so long before feeling like saging it instead.

It really does feel like they named the Switch Pro the Switch 2.
Honestly the library is why I buy into Nintendo, and when the titles show up I'll be there.

It's never been as over for this company as it is right now. Their reputation has been absolutely destroyed by people online this year and there is no recovering from it.

Bought it for my son to play Mario Kart World and he's having a blast. I enjoy KO tournaments, too.

Feels overpriced so far, but we'll buy all first party anyway. Because we like fun.

In all my years of gaming I purchased and owned (** means I still have them) these consoles:
PS1, PS2, PS3**, PS4**, PS5**, PSP, Vita, GC, Switch**, Switch 2**, NDS, 3DS, X360**, XBox Series S**

I regret buying PSP, Vita, and 3DS. Nothing else. Those 3 were pure dogshit systems.

They spent $500 to play one game. You can't tell me that the people buying this thing now are itching to play... cyperpunk or tears of the kingdom or breath of the wild or hogwarts legacy or hitman, all these games are years old and we already played them. There's no way someone is buying a switch 2 that didn't already own a switch 1 thus being able to play almost all these games already.

Mario Kart is the only new, exclusive game to the platform outside of donkey kong next month, and after that lol notmuch else coming out anytime soon except ports of other old games. Even Prime 4 doesn't have a release date yet and it's going to be on the switch 1 too. This console is completely redundant and pointless right now unless you're some kind of extreme autist that needs to play mario kart.

Doesn't really change much. I mean MKWorld and DK Bananza look like they could be for the Switch 1. I know retards are saying "omg Pokemon SV is fixed!!!" but that game still looks like a turd. I doubt the next Mario will look better than Odyssey. Devs have to put in the work.
