The poorfag option is a controller attachment for some Android phone.

Yep. But beware: NAOMI emulation is a hellhole to setup. Each game has to be configured at the emulator/core settings at certain parameters to fix the numbered errors (i.e: ERROR 02 needs you to change the region settings to Japan).
