Unoptimized slop. Bethesda is so lazy and incompetent and pozzed they couldn't just have stolen a modded version of the original to paint over with Unreal. Making it true to the original is a bad idea when the original is a mess. Yes, the physics bugs are funny as shit. But the crashes and the fact it runs like dogshit? No. Not at all.
