Finally finished the DLC.
i did the arlecchino fight with Lea for thematic reasons and i beat him in 2 tries.

the boss rush version (at level 2 which i think it's pretty close to base game) took me like 30-40 minutes tho.
i couldn't make rhyme or reason for phase 2.
he literally didn't stop attacking ever, until my final try when he left me tons of big openings in between, dunno if it was a range thing.

also, i don't get what happens after, does geppetto's puppet kill romeo and lea? i thought the old woman who asks for wine in rosa isabella street in the base game was supposed to be her

It's weird because I can easily beat ER on any NG+ while going back and replaying DS1 on NG+7 is like pulling teeth. I think it's the general lack of options in combat compared to the smorgasbord the later games present to you.
