>>713664649Stormhill is intuitively more challenging on account of the fuck ass weather in the area and the tons of trolls running around or the Golems on the ground that will revive if you get to close.
But of course, a player could bypass them or even not notice them because you can't see more than 10 feet away anyhow. I missed all the trolls and stuff on my first playthrough until I decided to sweep the area for completionism.
But that is where Margit comes in. Clearly he's much more powerful than most new players are ready for. So the intelligent will leave and go explore the rest of Limgrave to upgrade their gear and level up at least a few times before returning, and while they're at it, run into some useful merchants like Bernahl and the like.
For legacy dungeons, you can pretty much tell how out of your depth you are. If you can't kill trash mobs in a swing or two, you're probably underleveled. As has been the case for the entire series.
For minor dungeons, you usually can get a read based on how they're laid out. If you died 5 times to imps and skeletons and got lost for an hour, you're probably out of your depth anyhow.
