Glad to have gotten a few rounds in before this set in because lol, I really doubt they're patching this any time soon.
It's become a bit of a trend for old surviving games to just get absolutely fucked by hackers, and not in the old way, in this newer way where they actually stop you from playing at all. If your game doesn't have user owned servers then it's possible for it to just become completely unplayable because no one is banning them.

Rebels are outmatched pretty hard against Imps. They're stuck with nerfed to shit Wookies, Ewok's(lol), shitty speeders, with only jetroopers being fairly decent. Imps can easily overrun the rebel team with deathtrooper and at-st spam. The only saving grace for the rebels is that they have Luke and Han who are fantastic heroes. Of course even their heroes need to be one upped as Darth Vader is an unkillable tank in the game, and Bossk makes objective modes such a pain in the ass. Iden can also be used to counter Luke as well and stop him from pushing Imps back

No they weren't lmao, they were completely broken in nubf1. One asshole would sit in the back of the map as Nien Nubb spamming orbital strikes in Walker Assault and get hundreds of kills. Leia had an exploit in Hero Hunt where she could drop infinite health pickups for herself. Some people literally just never got to play them because tryhards would memorize the spawn locations and pick them up immediately

The Clone Commando's anti-armour mode is super overpowered against tanks and I don't think anyone's really noticed that fact. The thing reloads quickly and each shot knocks like a third of their health off, more if you can get them from behind.

I literaly soloed a palpatine with my shotgun as a level 15 assault, palpatine is as weak as a normal special trooper and he cant block so its allways 4 or 3 shotgun shots and he is gone, you gotta flank a lot with palpatine to make him work he is not anaking or darth vader he is suposed to play as a buffed assault class.

It's a bit of an odd balance. Armor attachment is ridiculous, but it's honestly more broken vs infantry thank tanks. Yeah they chunk their health, but an AAT can also smear a commando across the floor, and tanks are practically free with all the points they accrue while the commando is 5x the battlepoint cost.

You are delusional. Battle trance is the strongest ability in the game and armor attachment is ludicrously overpowered. Commando can solo saber heroes besides Grievous and their guns range is only even a problem on Geonosis. Even sith troopers and death troopers aren't as blatantly broken as clone commandos.

I play this game really often and i can tell you the average player cant survive as good as you think a republic commando should do, maybe you can but thats probably because you know you have to play really close to the enemy to make him work but most of the time a super battle droid is better, you can play mid close and sometimes long range with a super battle droid, the commando takes seven years to arm his grenade launcher and his tiny carbine shit its pants at anything that isnt point blank, of course a normal trooper will get destroyed but a reinforcement that has good cards can pretty much overpower you most of the time, to me the republic commando is the true infiltrator of the republic, the arc trooper doesnt really fit that role well.

A B2 with both abilities active and fully upgraded cards is the only non-hero that can square up with a commando, and even then they are obvious problems with obvious solutions. A B2 trades a lot to be that strong while commandos don't. Unless you're sitting in the middle of the open with your thumb up your ass, any amount of cover or los breaking trivializes B2s. The epic B2 flank does not come along often and at that point a droideka is a better option because they also kill commandos dead on a flank but are much more consistent.

Classic battelfront 2 had the real broken shit in this new bf2 heroes arent that bad most of the players spam sword attacks or are too dumb to play blaster heroes properly, hell if you know how to i frame their attacks you can take a huge chunk of their health as a shotgun assault trooper or just kill them, you just gotta say fuck it and go for the kill, this is not like battlefield where you lose tickets if you die the percentage thing on the top of the screen is 100% based on how many comand posts you captured, now if the heroes are good and play as a team theres not much you can do but at the very least they need two and not just one running nuke like the clasic batlefront games.
