Cutting off perfectly functional body parts to replace them with CYBERPARTS was always more stupid than it was cool. You can just wear powered armor. We already have heads up displays. We already have ar. None of them require you to cut your penis off. You could just have a pair of pants that can walk you around fast.

It's even worse in cyberpunk since everything is apparently on wifi and bluetooth and a hacker can just blow your nuts off anytime he feels like it.
