Bleak Faith Forsaken and Nioh 2 are the best non-from soulslikes, all the other ones I've played feel like a cheap imitation of the original without any ideas or inspiration of their own. But my taste is Dark Souls 1 > elden ring > Dark Souls 3 > Lies of P > Demons Souls

The First Berserker: Khazan is bretty good. Level design and equipment are almost a carbon copy of Nioh, but the gameplay is fun and very parry/dodge focused. Play the demo and don't be turned off by the first hour or so; the final boss gives you a better idea of what the game is.

I don't end up liking a lot of soulslikes because they don't do enough different from the actual souls games themselves. Only one I ended up enjoying was Code Vein and that was because the Blood Code and gift system was really interesting and allowed for on the fly customization depending on the enemies your fighting, which I really hope they expand in the next game because needing to go through the whole menu to change BC was really awkward to use mid battle
