I started playing League in 2010. I'm not sure I miss old League since I stopped playing years ago. I'd say the game back then had a ton of soul, they were ambitious and the players were (slightly) less bitter and insane. You could call someone a faggot nigger retard without being permabanned. Mostly I just miss 2010 lmao.

It will literally never happen, LoL's entire development mentality revolves around the idea that every broad scope persisting change they've ever made to the game is a positive one. To release a LoL classic would be to admit that anyone could ever see any appeal in how anything used to be and that it's not all objectively better

Have they ever updated/made changes to summoners rift? Dota 2 seems to get some decent map changes every major patch, including when they made it 30% bigger.

It gets new bushes and new exclaves/dragons/barons every other season. Also explosive things that can throw you over walls or help you escape. You barely notice them.
