can't update my game on steam, getting error message for download *always* at 73%. Verify says all files found. uninstall-- reinstall-- stuck at 73%
can't recover my account password because captcha "works" after 30 tries, getting you the check in the box, but then it says the captcha failed anyway. what the fuck is going on.
