I played RE games when I was a kid, and the only scary one was the first one. But my god, I couldn't start dino crisis, the first dinosaur appearing just after you fix the generator made me shit my pants multiple times, I would always turn the console off and run away.
Eventually I finished it, and it is, indeed, a great game

I want a Dino Crisis game with the pre-rendered backgrounds of 2 but the larger focus on survival 1 had. 2 was fun, but 1 was way more tense. But 2 had the better looking world, 1 was just a bunch of grey hallways.

Dinos aren't cool anymore, deal with it. This said, I loved the atmosphere, wish there were more games with secret research/scientific facilities. There is Half-Life and that's it.
