The racing part was decent after grinding for upgrades in City Trial
The problem is that we race with 0 upgrade in the actual race mode and it's slow as fuck.
The tracks are also too short and bland.
I just hope it's not a reskin of fucking Mario Kart World

I'd like to think he wouldn't do something as dumb as removing City Trial. He obviously knows how popular it is since he basically reused the idea with Smash Run. Sakurai is a fucking mystery though, he might remove it and say something stupid like "This way the original Kirby Air Ride still has some uniqueness that will make revisit it someday!"
