Even the fastest LCD screens can only do ~50% refresh rate compliance (full pixel transition) whereas OLED is 100%, as the fastest refresh rate is 500hz (2ms window) where current OLED pixel transition time is around 0.3ms (good for ~3300hz refresh rate)
