Death Stranding, because despite the fact that it's shitty and boring, the Game Awards is Keighley's show and we both know how much he fucking loves Kojima's steamy shits.
Even if DS2 was getting 7-8/10s across the board it would still win. In-fact, the only way it wouldn't have won GOTY at the TGAs is if it was fundamentally broken and barely worked, making hiding the bias impossible.
