Honestly the other Anon's comment about it being basically Dave & Busters that you'd be more likely to bring your kids to is the best way of going about it. Have actually FUN arcade games that are generally stuff you can't already do by yourself a mobile phone or a computer: Stuff like racing games with the setup, VR shit, fighting games with multiplayer; multiplayer games in general, pinball, ect. Not just angry birds or temple run. And yeah, actually make the pizza fresh and get rid of the foot stank.

Though, I'm not really sure how - or even if - the animatronic band should be incorporated. Its not really novel or interesting anymore, but its also part of the brand's identity, and getting rid of it entirely feels like a cop-out. I'm sure this is a question that wracked the boardroom for a while before the glass cases came as a compromise. Maybe you could have it, but make it a bit more played up and funny (but not ironic. It'll be funnier to play it completely straight.) You could even have it be like a live radio station, and have an employee in a booth as the "voice of Chuck." to have a bit of back and forth with the patrons/kids and take requests in between sets.

Maybe it’s just me but I think they should have made use of the veil being completely lifted for kids about their mascots just being weird animatronics, actively leaning into it and redesigning the characters to look more robotic but in more of a cartoonish manner compared to fnaf. Kids clearly love animatronics as a concept as evidenced by the success of fnaf and even before fnaf, kids have always loved robots.
