OoT requires you to do the one cycle Gohma kill which is a speedruner setup.
Most damageless ones are also with the game being an hour long. You can look at a lot of NES, GB, or GBC games to see that.
My biggest issue is with games that want you to damageless specific stages or bosses but lock you out of using passwords or force you to do the entire game over again to get to that stage even though everyone has access to passwords. It's just a waste of 20+ minutes to get one attempt again.
>And LASO will definitely be a subset whenever Xbox is supported on RA.It likely will, but the point is those achievements are wildly disliked for a reason and that's because it requires hours upon hours upon hours of commitment for a challenge that isn't fun at all and relies entirely around knowing spawn mechanics, exploiting them, and speedrunner skips. People were fine with it when it was "Beat the final level LASO" because the final levels were always reasonable enough and most importantly short. MCC turning it into a mandatory thing for the entire campaign was retarded.
RA is at least getting better about this because they're forcing many lists to have revisions to get rid of the stupid speedrunning garbage or multiple playthroughs to be more in-line with what official lists are like, especially for more popular games. But until people stop thinking that achievements are meant to be actual literal achievements and not a secondary list of tasks on top of the game we're always going to get these retarded "Achievements are called achievements" and "Mastery is mastery" arguments to justify terrible achievements.
There's a reason why all the official lists pretty much did away with annoying stuff and multiplayer achievements are going the way of the dodo.
