I liked in Fallout 3 the sheer amount of fuckery of exploration and the metros
I didn't like it on replay since most of it was the same, there was very little reason now that I tihnk about it to explore

I disliked NV's combat with armor either making it so you were basically invulnerable or else a paper box in terms of fighting most things

I'm on PC so can do mods. I like the idea of the settlement system since it's less minecraft and more 'build shit for the sake of it' and not 'build it since you're autistic'

3 and 4 is very different but 4 is more accessible from the start but not a feed-a-baby easy if you level farm and then reaching the DLCs where enemies have level scaling. Base building is added fun but not perfect.

Im European and 23, and I couldn't stomach finishing any fallout except for New Vegas. 4 is goyslop incarnate and 3 is just boring.
I've been checking out these fallout threads and anons seem to basedjack over the Declaration of Independence side quest, but it's just boring shit. I couldn't care less about the shithole of muttmerica, so I find the setting boring. Traversing the metro is boring, the outside is digustingly ugly and boring, that city on the carrier is ugly and boring. New Vegas has a much better setting, the Wild West is more universal of a setting than Washington, the factions are cool, the story keeps you interested in playing the game even though you start in a shitty little town (it's a problem when the game itself really looks dated, and the quests there are pretty meh). There is a big city of New Vegas which is miles ahead of anything in fallout 3, and the map matches the setting really well, 1 big city and empty swathes of nothing outside of it with an interest location here and there. Skyrim and Oblivion are just muttmerican attempts at fantasy which just don't impress me, muttniggers really have no soul. Bethesda is a dogshit company
